1.1. Platform Access and Usage
(a) Users can apply for home, refinance, or personal loans via https://www.roshi.sg/marketplace/
(b) For home and/or refinance applications, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and password.
(c) ROSHI reserves the right to terminate or delete any accounts at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
(d) ROSHI is entitled to act on all instructions received through any user account and is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.
(e) Users agree to the use and transfer of their personal data for transaction facilitation and sales support purposes.
1.2. Agreement Term and Termination
(a) This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party.
(b) ROSHI may, in its sole and absolute discretion, with immediate effect upon notice:
(i) Terminate user access to the Platform and/or Services.
(ii) Disable Username and Password.
(iii) Bar access to the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason, including:
– Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
– Violation or inconsistent actions with Terms & Conditions.
– If deemed unsuitable by ROSHI or any regulatory authority to continue providing platform services.
Rewards Program
2.1. Cashback Rewards Program
(a) Eligibility
(i) Only applicable for personal loans obtained through our platform from participating licensed moneylenders.
(ii) Bank loans are not eligible for cashback rewards.
(iii) Program is subject to selected offers and participating licensed moneylenders only.
(b) Reward Tiers
(i) First-time customers: 0.50% cashback.
(ii) Second-time customers: 0.75% cashback.
(iii) Third-time and ongoing customers: 1.00% cashback.
(c) Claiming Process
(i) To claim cashback rewards, customers must email [email protected] with:
– Full name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Loan amount
– Date of loan closure
– Name of licensed moneylender.
(d) Processing Time
(i) Cashback transfers: 2-6 weeks from date of email request.
(ii) All claims subject to successful loan closure verification.
2.2. Grocery Voucher Program
(a) Eligibility
(i) Available to users with successful personal loan applications through our platform.
(ii) Value: S$20 Grocery Voucher (NTUC).
(b) Requirements
(i) Must provide Google review of platform experience.
(ii) Submit review via:

– Email: [email protected].
(c) Processing Time
(i) Voucher provision: 2-4 weeks from review receipt.
(ii) All claims subject to successful Google review verification.
3.1. ROSHI maintains the highest levels of security and fraud protection.
3.2. Users are responsible for honest and ethical account usage.
3.3. Users must report suspected fraudulent transactions immediately.
4.1. All rewards are subject to eligibility verification.
4.2. ROSHI reserves the right to modify or terminate programs at any time.
4.3. Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions.
4.4. All reward eligibility decisions are final.
5.1. Terms & Conditions are exclusively governed by Singapore law.
5.2. Force Majeure: ROSHI bears no liability for delays or failures beyond our control.
