Regardless of which lender you obtain your loan from, you will be responsible for paying for any settlement or closing costs associated with your loan (such as loan processing, underwriting, or funding fees, title insurance premiums, notary fees, etc.).
ROSHI Pte Ltd (“ROSHI”) does not charge you a fee for its service in matching you with Lenders unless otherwise stated.
