Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24) is the main transport hub for the area, connecting two major lines so whether a lender’s office is near the interchange or further along towards Lakeside or Chinese Garden getting there is straightforward.
NRIC for Singaporeans & PRs and passport for foreigners. Income proof including payslips, CPF statements or employer letters as well as confirmation of your current address. Factory workers, warehouse staff and contractors on rotating schedules can use their latest employment contract alongside payslips.
Self-employed individuals or hawker stall operators can substitute bank statements or IRAS tax filings.

Jurong’s industrial parks and construction sites employ a large number of foreign workers. Anyone holding a valid work permit, S Pass or Employment Pass can apply. Bring your passport, pass documentation and income proof.
The borrowing ceiling for those earning under $20,000 a year is $1,500 across all licensed moneylenders combined. Earn above that and you can access up to six months’ salary.
